Central Desktop for Office - Now in Public Beta
We are happy to announce that Central Desktop for Office has officially been released into public beta! All Central Desktop users can now download the CD for Office plug-in on our website. 
Central Desktop for Office is revolutionizing the way that Central Desktop users interact with Microsoft Office files in the cloud. Users no longer need to download, edit, then replace files to Central Desktop. Instead, users now see an "Open in MS Office" button that opens the file immediately in Word, PowerPoint or Excel. The user then simply edits the file as needed, clicks "Save", and that's it. June 2010 Release: Database Relationships, Quick Editing & More Our latest summer release included quite a few exciting new features and usability enhancements that we couldn't wait to share  with you all. The new features include: - Database Relationships - Now you can relate two databases together and view the relationships and records between them (a long requested feature!)
- Database Quick Edit - Double-click on and edit any database field directly without having to edit the entire record
- Improved Edit Options - Improved edit options and navigation
- Add Workspace Tasks from "My Tasks" - You can now create and assign tasks to other users and workspaces from the "My Tasks" page

Introducing - Alexandra Burton
 This month we'd like to introduce you to Alexandra Burton, the newest addition to our Support Team. Alexandra is a Support Representative, responsible for assisting users to achieve a smooth working experience through support tickets, calls, the user forum, and help center development. Before she joined us here at CD, Alexandra had a diverse range of work experience, doing everything from data processing, customer service, counseling, to being a lifeguard instructor. She is also co-owner of AB Innovators, a small web-based Indian jewelry import and wholesale business which she owns with her sister. In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys sewing, "going green," swimming and hiking. She also loves to travel and has only 2 continents left - South America and Antarctica - before long she'll have visited all 7!
